Pallavi Agarwal

Pallavi Agarwal has over two decades of experience spanning corporate finance, investment management, M&A, and capital raising across Asia and emerging markets.

Most recently, she served as CFO at Payfuture Technologies, a cross-border payments fintech, where she established the finance function, built cross-border financial infrastructure, and led the company's transition to a regulated European EMI entity. She played a central role in preparing the business for investment, structuring transactions, engaging investors, and leading term sheet negotiations while overseeing the entire finance function including financial control, FP&A, tax, banking and corporate finance.

Prior to this, Pallavi was Global Head of Corporate Finance and subsequently CFO at Milvik Bima, an emerging markets InsurTech backed by AllianzX and LeapFrog Investments. Working closely with the Board during a period of financial restructuring, she led efforts to extend cash runway, optimise capital allocation, evaluate market exits, and develop a credible path to profitability, alongside supporting debt and equity fundraising. She was instrumental in bringing on board a special situations investor and restructuring the company and cap table.

Earlier, she was Principal at Silk Bridge Partners, advising on cross-border M&A and capital raising transactions, including a USD 40 million deal in the wearables technology sector and multiple fundraises for technology-enabled businesses across Southeast Asia. Her prior career spans IL&FS Global Financial Services, Babcock & Brown, and Morgan Stanley Advantage Services, where she executed a broad range of debt and equity transactions across infrastructure financing, telecom investments, and cross-border acquisitions.

Pallavi began her career in telecom and strategic planning at Bharti Airtel and has built deep expertise working with corporates, Private Equity funds, banks, and government stakeholders. She also served as a board member for a portfolio company in the telecom infrastructure sector.

She holds a PGDBA in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, where she graduated as Gold Medalist, and a BCom (Honours) from Lady Shri Ram College, University of
Delhi.
