Winston Nesfield

Winston Nesfield is a senior partner at PwC Southeast Asia Consulting and a member of the regional leadership team. He leads the firm’s strategy and insurance advisory business, helping financial services clients navigate complex challenges across Southeast Asia, Australia, and North America.

In 2014, Winston established Strategy& in Southeast Asia, embedding PwC’s mission of building trust and solving important problems. Under his leadership, the practice achieved 160% revenue growth and expanded its footprint across the region.

Winston brings over 25 years of experience advising leading insurer-including Manulife, global reinsurers, and Shariah life companies-on operating model transformation, market entry, integration, and productivity strategies. He also works closely with regulators and industry bodies, having led national strategy roadmaps for institutions like the Securities Commission Malaysia and the Shariah Life Association.

Earlier in his career, Winston held leadership roles at Deloitte, Liberty Financial, and A.T. Kearney. He holds an MBA and a BS in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has served on boards including CricketCrowd and the Wharton Alumni Club of Australia.
