Clark Jennings is Managing Director of Crowell Global Advisors’ Southeast Asia office in Singapore, where he leads operations and advises multinationals on navigating policy, regulatory, and political dynamics across the region. His work spans APEC, ASEAN, and key sectors including AI governance, data regulation, infrastructure, and investment in sensitive industries like energy and ICT. He also supports clients in leveraging U.S. government financial tools for strategic projects.

Previously, Clark served on the National Economic Council in the Obama White House, where he coordinated communications and outreach on trade policy, including the Trans-Pacific Partnership. He was also Chief of Staff at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, managing strategic engagement and representing the U.S. internationally across five continents. Earlier in his career, he practiced commercial litigation, clerked in federal court, worked in state government, and participated in multiple presidential campaigns.

Clark is Vice Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. He holds a J.D. with high honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.
